Deerfield Meeting 4/5/11:
Over 100 people attended a meeting of concerned citizens at the Deerfield Community School to hear primarily from opponents to the Northern Pass project.

Stephen Neily of Deerfield arranged for this meeting and gave some opening remarks.

Jack Savage
Jack Savage of the Society for the Protection of NH Forests gave a presentation about the Northern Pass and why the Forest Society opposes it.

Jack Barnes
State Sen. Jack Barnes of Raymond addressed the crowd and took some questions.

Margaret Jones
Margaret Jones of Pembroke, MA and Stratford, NH drove to the meeting to say why she is opposed to Northern Pass.
