Hanover Meeting 4/11/11:
Over 60 people attended a meeting of concerned citizens at the Richmond Middle School in Hanover to hear a presentation by Will Abbott of the Society for Protection of NH Forests, Real Estate Agent Peter Powell and Attorney Bob Baker.

Peter Powell
Son of former Governor Wesley Powell, operates Peter W. Powell Real Estate in Lancaster, provides detailed insight into property valuations and the effects this project could have on local property values. He was part of the group that fought the first Hydro-Quebec project in NH and fought a refinery that was proposed for bottom of Corrigan Hill in Lancaster.

Bob Baker
Attorney Bob Baker of Columbia discussed eminent domain and HB 648 and how aggressive Northern Pass is becoming to get people to sign the Right of Entry Agreements.
