A subcommittee of the NH Site Evaluation Committee held a public hearing on the Northern Pass application in Deerfield as part of another round of sessions in which the SEC explains its process, Northern Pass makes its case, questions are asked of the SEC and the applicant and lastly public comment.

Phil Bilodeau of Deerfield lives right at the terminus of the route and says Northern Pass just met with him for the first time yesterday. He brought maps of the 8 acre site to be developed.
